Yes, absolutely! We guarantee 100% authentic fragrances. All our products are sourced directly from authorized distributors and come with authenticity certificates. We stand behind the quality and authenticity of every fragrance we sell.
Yes, we offer complimentary gift wrapping service for all orders. Simply select the gift wrap option during checkout, and we'll present your fragrance beautifully packaged and ready to gift.

Orders & Payment

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), online banking (FPX), and e-wallets including Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, and Boost. All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways.
Orders can be modified within 1 hour of placement. Please contact our customer service immediately at [email protected] or call us. Once your order is processed for shipping, modifications cannot be made.
Yes, we partner with selected credit cards and payment providers to offer installment plans. Availability depends on your payment method and purchase amount. Options will be displayed during checkout if eligible.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history. Real-time tracking updates are available 24/7.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping is RM 8 for West Malaysia and RM 15 for East Malaysia. We offer FREE shipping on orders over RM 200 (West Malaysia) and RM 300 (East Malaysia). Express shipping is available for an additional RM 15.
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days for West Malaysia and 5-7 business days for East Malaysia. Express delivery is 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same day.
Currently, we only ship within Malaysia. We're working on expanding our shipping to Singapore and Brunei soon. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Our courier will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the package will be held at the nearest courier depot for pickup. You'll receive SMS and email notifications with pickup instructions and location details.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on unopened and unused fragrances in original packaging. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact our support team within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used fragrances. However, if you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Log into your account, go to Order History, select the order, and click "Request Return". Fill in the return form with your reason, and we'll email you a return shipping label within 24 hours. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
Yes! Exchanges are available for unopened items within 30 days. The fragrance must be in original packaging and condition. Contact us to arrange an exchange, and we'll guide you through the process.

Products & Samples

Yes! We offer 2ml sample sizes for most fragrances, perfect for trying before committing to a full bottle. Samples are a great way to test how a fragrance develops on your skin throughout the day.
Store perfumes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep them in their original boxes to protect from light. Avoid storing in bathrooms due to humidity. Proper storage helps maintain fragrance quality for years.
EDP (Eau de Parfum) has 15-20% fragrance concentration, lasting 6-8 hours. EDT (Eau de Toilette) has 5-15% concentration, lasting 3-5 hours. EDP is stronger and longer-lasting, while EDT is lighter and more suitable for daily wear.

Account & Privacy

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, manage your wishlist, earn loyalty points, and receive exclusive member offers.
