Delivery terms and conditions:
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed
- Standard delivery: 3-5 business days for West Malaysia, 5-7 days for East Malaysia
- You must provide accurate and complete delivery information
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or force majeure events
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the courier

- • Unopened fragrances in original packaging within 30 days
- • Damaged or defective products (with proof)
- • Wrong items delivered
Non-Returnable Items
- • Opened or used fragrances (hygiene reasons)
- • Products without original packaging
- • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- • Gift cards or promotional items
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method after we receive and inspect returned items.
We guarantee 100% authentic fragrances:
- All products are sourced directly from authorized distributors and brand owners
- Authenticity certificates available upon request
- We stand behind the quality and authenticity of every fragrance
- Full refund or replacement if authenticity is questioned
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- SHF Perfume shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- We are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use our services
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service
- We are not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities to fragrances
Disclaimer: Fragrances are sold for external use only. Always perform a patch test before full application. Consult a doctor if you experience adverse reactions.
